We deliver within Australia (international shipping is available, ask us for a quote). Orders for delivery within Australia will be shipped by standard road freight on the 2nd working day after receiving payment. (Some prints require extra production time. Any print requiring extra production time will have a note in the description).
All parcels are insured so if your parcels and prints arrive damaged please send us a photo of the outside parcel and the damaged prints with your order number and we will have new prints out to you as soon possible.
If you are not happy with the print quality of any of our products we will refund your money. Please send us an email and return the goods within 14 days and we will credit your account.
