A native stingless bee enjoying the beautiful grevillea flower. This type is the Grevillea Pungens. Here I used a (big) zoom lens and some cropping to achieve a kind of macro image without a macro lens.
I absolutely love grevillea flowers. I always get a bit of a nostalgic feeling when I see them. I remember loving them as a kid too, they were like no other flower I'd ever seen.
