Red-tailed Black Cockatoo portrait. I'm not having much luck this season with getting in close and setting up for a few photos. These birds are very shy and have been flying off before I can even think about getting my tripod out This image was taken on a 600mm zoom and is pretty heavily cropped. I'm absolutely not near as close as it looks like I am.
I'm being suspiciously watched between snacking.
