I was blown away with every possible view when I visited the summit of Mt Wellington. Unfortunately it was a very gray and "boring" day in regards to the sky looking at all interesting so a few days later when I was taking Milky Way photos on Bruny Island I had the idea to replace the sky from my Mt Welling image with a stary one. This was my first attempt at doing any kind of sky replacement and I'm pretty happy with the result!
Here are the two images I used to create the above image. Both from Tasmania and not too far apart in time. I also used the same camera and lens for both.
